Peter Bergdoll

Born in 1954, Peter Bergdoll headed a teaching hospital in southern Sudan from 1979 to 1982. Since 1982, he has been the project officer responsible for Anglophone Africa at the German Leprosy and TB Relief Association (DAHW) in Würzburg. Peter Bergdoll has resided in Africa several times, e.g. in Sudan, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe and Tanzania. He has organized an annual Africa film series in Würzburg since 1984 and is oversees the contributions to the Filminitiative Würzburg’s International Film Weekends. |
Jens Buschmann

Born in Pforzheim in 1982, Jens Buschmann, has been worked for the Federal Foreign Office in Bonn, New Delhi and Berlin since 2003. He is currently working in the Culture and Education Directorate-General of the Federal Foreign Office while earning his degree in Cultural Sciences from the Distance University in Hagen. |
Teboho Edkins

Born in the USA in 1980, Teboho Edkins grew up in Lesotho, Germany, South Africa and France and now lives in Berlin. He studied Fine Arts in Cape Town and , after graduating, completed a two-year postgraduate residency at Fresnoy, the French national academy for contemporary art. He is currently in the postgraduate program at the dffb film academy in Berlin. His movies mostly take place in Africa and often include a large repertory of genres and new media. |
